Safe Production Month | Building a Strong Safety Defense Line, Starting from Every Moment

·Build a strong security line·

In the scorching summer of June, the heat gradually intensifies. In this vibrant season, we welcome the 22nd "Safety Production Month" nationwide. This year's theme "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies" once again reminds us that safety is not a slogan, but a responsibility and action integrated into daily life. Here, we issue an initiative to all colleagues - to safeguard safety with reverence and eliminate hidden dangers with meticulous actions.

Safety is no small matter, be wary of the risks that are 'taken for granted'

Factories are the main battlefield for safety production, but hidden dangers often lie in "commonplace" operations:

Equipment operation: Is a comprehensive inspection completed before turning on the device? Is the protective device intact?

Wear of labor protection: Have you relaxed the wearing of protective gloves and helmets due to stuffiness in high temperatures?

Electrical safety: Are temporary power lines standardized? Is energy isolation confirmed after the equipment is powered off?

Behind every accident, there are 100 overlooked 'minor issues'. Please re-examine your position with a "novice mentality" and eliminate empiricism.

During the high temperature season, these risks need to be given special attention

As temperatures rise, summer specific safety hazards need to be doubly guarded against:
1. Heatstroke prevention and cooling

Reasonably arrange outdoor homework time and avoid high temperature periods;

Timely replenish fluids and report symptoms of heatstroke such as dizziness and nausea immediately.

2. Fire and explosion prevention

Flammable materials must be kept away from electrical equipment and high-temperature areas;

Ensure that fire extinguishers and fire exits are always available.

3. Anti fatigue operation

Night shift personnel need to ensure sufficient rest to avoid operational errors caused by drowsiness.

Security is not a 'one-man battle'

Safety production requires the participation of all staff and the formation of a cultural atmosphere of 'everyone pays attention to safety, everyone guards safety'.

1. Mutual supervision, jointly building a safety defense line

Proactive reminder: Stop and correct colleagues who are not wearing safety helmets or protective equipment in a timely manner.

Safety sharing: Share safety cases at the pre class meeting and use real events to warn others.

Anonymous reporting: Set up a safety hazard reporting box to encourage employees to anonymously report risk points.

Emergency capability is the last line of defense

Even if prevention is in place, we still need to master emergency "bottom line skills" to ensure that we can calmly respond in case of emergencies.

1. Memorize emergency plans

Clear evacuation route: The emergency evacuation route map for each workshop and warehouse must be clearly posted, and all personnel must be aware of the location of the assembly point.

Job emergency responsibilities: Employees in different positions need to master their respective emergency division of labor, such as alarm, fire extinguishing, evacuation, etc.

2. Regular drills to enhance practical skills

Fire drill: Organize a fire drill every quarter to ensure that employees are proficient in using fire extinguishers and hydrants.

Chemical leakage drill: Simulate leakage scenarios and train employees to correctly use adsorption materials, eye washers, and other equipment.

3. First aid skills, able to save lives in critical moments

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): All staff will receive CPR training and master the "Golden 4 Minutes" rescue technique.

Trauma bandaging: Learn basic first aid methods such as hemostasis, bandaging, and fixation to reduce secondary injuries.

Safety is the bottom line of production and the greatest respect for life. This June, let's take "Safety Production Month" as an opportunity to internalize safety awareness in our hearts and externalize it in our actions: one more reminder, one more inspection, one more caution - because every time you take it seriously, you are building a solid foundation of safety for the factory and your family.
