Recently, Xingtai Huanri Rubber Products Co., Ltd. organized a special study on corporate culture with "empathy" as the core.

Everyone read the article together and deeply understood the importance of empathy in interpersonal relationships and workplace communication from five dimensions:

emotional acceptance, respect for differences, position shift, sense of propriety, and integration of knowledge and action.

01 Five dimensions

1. First see emotions, then solve problems;

2. Respect differences first, then unify goals;

3. Change your stance first and then reach a consensus;
